  • The electrical current is 240 volts, 50Hz. If you require an adaptor, please contact reception and our team will be happy to assist, subject to availability.

  • An iron and ironing board are provided in the wardrobe of your room. Please ensure the iron is switched off after use.

    A hairdryer is located on the shelf beneath the bathroom vanity.

  • A mini fridge is provided in your room for your convenience.

    Snacks and drinks are available from the hotel bar between 10:00am and 10:00pm daily. Mini bar snacks can also be purchased from Reception 24/7.

  • Each room has individual temperature controls located on the wall near the air-conditioning/heat pump unit.

    Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature, and the button to the right to change the fan speed. Please allow several minutes for the room temperature to adjust. For assistance, please contact reception.

  • As part of our efforts to improve sustainability across hotel operations, shower caps and sanitary bags are available on request from reception.

  • Tap water in Tauranga is safe to drink and meets New Zealand drinking water standards. For your convenience, filtered water is available in the restaurant. Bottled water can also be purchased from the restaurant or ordered through room service.

  • Calls between guest rooms and local calls are complimentary from your in-room telephone. Please dial the relevant code below.
