HOTEL CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL TIME: Hotel check-in time is from 2.00pm. We require full payment for the room at time of check in. Guests will require a credit card to complete a pre-authorization of $1.00 per stay to settle any incidentals on departure, except when ‘all reservation charges’ are being paid for by Client (or their Travel Agent) with pre-approved credit facilities at the Hotel. A valid form of photo identification is required to be presented at the time of check-in. Failure to present a credit card and photo ID will result in the booking being cancelled and we will not be able to proceed any further with your booking. We do not accept cash bonds.

HOTEL CHECK-OUT / DEPARTURE TIME: Check-out time is 11.00am. Guests will be required to settle their remaining incidental charges in full and on departure, except when ‘all reservation charges’ are being paid for by the Client (or their Travel Agent) with pre-approved credit facilities at the Hotel. The Hotel accepts all major credit cards (American Express; Visa; MasterCard and Diners Card) and Eftpos. Please note that a 1.5% credit card transaction fee is applicable for MasterCard and Visa transactions. A 3% credit card transaction fee is applicable for American Express and Diners Card transactions.

ETIQUETTE: In the interest of the health and safety of all people and the protection of property, the Manager on Duty has the authority to refuse accommodation or to remove guests at any time for disorderly or seriously offensive behaviour. Note: Trinity Wharf Tauranga applies a strict 'No-Party Policy in all Guest Rooms and is a 'Non-Smoking' property. The hotel will charge a $200 fee to the credit card on file for anyone smoking in guest rooms and on balconies. Should the Hotel be required to complete a deep-clean due to damage in the room a cleaning fee of $200 applies and is charged to the credit card on file.  Further damage to the room will be documented and charged accordingly.

SECURITY: In the event it is deemed necessary by the Hotel to employ Security Guards for the safety of patrons, in-house guests or staff because of an event or group arranged for the Client, then the all costs associated with the provision of these security services will be charged to the Client.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
