Your room is serviced daily, with bed linen changed every three days or as required. To request a specific servicing time or a linen change, please contact reception.
For fresh towels, simply leave used towels on the bathroom floor and they will be replaced during your room service.
Additional amenities are available on request, including UHT milk, tea and coffee, towels, coat hangers, shower caps, sanitary bags and sewing kits.

Experience convenience with keyless entry using a unique PIN, or choose contactless access by turning your phone into a smart key. Download the Goki app from the Apple or Google Play store, enter your six-digit booking confirmation number and the email address used for your reservation. Your phone can then unlock your room and common areas across the property. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
If you need assistance, our reception team is here to help. Should you prefer a physical key card, please let us know. A $40 replacement fee will apply if the key card is not returned upon departure.

Our hotel rooms do not include cooking facilities, however cutlery and crockery can be provided on request. Please contact Reception and our team will be happy to assist.

Each room has individual temperature controls located on the wall near the air-conditioning/heat pump unit.
Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature, and the button to the right to change the fan speed. Please allow several minutes for the room temperature to adjust. For assistance, please contact reception.

As part of our efforts to improve sustainability across hotel operations, shower caps and sanitary bags are available on request from reception.

Tap water in Tauranga is safe to drink and meets New Zealand drinking water standards. For your convenience, filtered water is available in the restaurant. Bottled water can also be purchased from the restaurant or ordered through room service.
Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets are provided in your room and replenished daily. If you require replacement stock, fresh milk or soy milk, please contact reception.
Barista coffee is available from 7:00am daily in our lounge, and Nespresso coffee is available from reception.

Guest Facilities

Our infinity edge swimming pool is located on the first floor and overlooks Tauranga Harbour. The pool is open from sunrise to sunset, with towels available from reception.
The pool depth is 1.2m to 1.5m. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times, as the pool is not attended.
Food and drinks may be ordered to the pool from the bar. Please note, glass is not permitted in the pool area.
For safety reasons, diving, bomb dives and jumping into the pool from around the pool area, or from any hotel balcony, are strictly not permitted. The pool may be closed for maintenance or safety reasons at the manager’s discretion.

Our gym is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed using your room access code.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, Trinity Wharf has a strict no in-room party policy. The manager on duty may refuse accommodation or ask guests or visitors to leave the property in cases of disorderly, disruptive or seriously offensive behaviour.

Trinity Wharf is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or on guest-room balconies.
A minimum cleaning fee of $200 will apply if this policy is breached. Designated outdoor smoking areas are shown on the map in your printed Guest Directory. Reception can also direct you to the nearest smoking area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided.

Emergency & Evacuation

The safety of all guests in the event of a fire or other emergency is our highest priority. The hotel is equipped with a sophisticated fire detection and prevention system.
Emergency exits and the assembly area are shown on the Emergency Procedures Plan located on the back of your room door. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with your nearest exit and the assembly area in the unlikely event of an evacuation.

Remain calm.
Feel the door with the back of your hand. If it is hot, do not open it.
If the door is not hot, carefully look outside. If it is safe, leave your room immediately.
Close any doors to help contain the fire.
Operate the nearest fire alarm switch.
Go directly to the assembly area.
Do not use lifts.
Report to hotel staff or the Fire Warden at the assembly area.
If the fire is in your room, please advise hotel staff or the Fire Warden as soon as possible.
