Our infinity edge swimming pool is located on the first floor and overlooks Tauranga Harbour. The pool is open from sunrise to sunset, with towels available from reception.
The pool depth is 1.2m to 1.5m. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times, as the pool is not attended.
Food and drinks may be ordered to the pool from the bar. Please note, glass is not permitted in the pool area.
For safety reasons, diving, bomb dives and jumping into the pool from around the pool area, or from any hotel balcony, are strictly not permitted. The pool may be closed for maintenance or safety reasons at the manager’s discretion.

Our gym is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed using your room access code.
To find the gym, take the lift closest to reception and select Level 0.

Same-day laundry and dry-cleaning services are available on working days, excluding public holidays.
Laundry and dry-cleaning lists are located in your wardrobe. Please place the completed list in the laundry bag with your clothes and contact reception before 8:30am for collection.
Items received after 8:30am will be laundered the following working day.

Our reception team will be happy to assist with lost and found items, maintenance requests, taxi bookings, wake-up calls, baby cots, baggage storage, postage, mail and selected business services.

Trinity Wharf accepts all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. Please note, we are unable to accept personal cheques.
A 1.5% transaction fee applies to payments made by Visa or Mastercard. A 3% transaction fee applies to payments made by American Express and Diners Club.
