Policies & Safety
Your comfort, safety and the wellbeing of all our guests are important to us. To help ensure everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing stay, we've outlined a number of important hotel policies and safety guidelines, including first aid information, our smoke-free policy, the secure storage of valuables and balcony safety. If you have any questions or require assistance, our Reception team is available 24 hours a day and is always happy to help.
-
For first aid assistance, please contact reception by dialling 001 from your in-room phone.
If you require an ambulance or emergency services, please dial 1, then 111.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, Trinity Wharf has a strict no in-room party policy. The manager on duty may refuse accommodation or ask guests or visitors to leave the property in cases of disorderly, disruptive or seriously offensive behaviour.
-
Trinity Wharf is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or on guest-room balconies.
A minimum cleaning fee of $200 will apply if this policy is breached. Designated outdoor smoking areas are shown on the map in your printed Guest Directory. Reception can also direct you to the nearest smoking area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided.
For further information, please contact reception or speak with a member of our team. Thank you for your cooperation.

A safe is located inside the wardrobe of your room. Please note, Trinity Wharf is not responsible for any loss of money or valuables that are not secured in the safe.
-
For the comfort and safety of all guests, please do not feed birds or throw any items from your balcony.
