Your room is serviced daily, with bed linen changed every three days or as required. To request a specific servicing time or a linen change, please contact reception.
For fresh towels, simply leave used towels on the bathroom floor and they will be replaced during your room service.
Additional amenities are available on request, including UHT milk, tea and coffee, towels, coat hangers, shower caps, sanitary bags and sewing kits.
For replacement amenities, fresh milk or general housekeeping requests, please dial 001 from your in-room phone to contact reception.

Should you wish to extend your stay or arrange a later departure, please contact reception and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A late check-out fee may apply.

Experience convenience with keyless entry using a unique PIN, or choose contactless access by turning your phone into a smart key. Download the Goki app from the Apple or Google Play store, enter your six-digit booking confirmation number and the email address used for your reservation. Your phone can then unlock your room and common areas across the property. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
If you need assistance, our reception team is here to help. Should you prefer a physical key card, please let us know. A $40 replacement fee will apply if the key card is not returned upon departure.
